The location of the hotel was very convenient, it was situated near multiple convenience stores and restaurants, ideal for grabbing a quick bite to eat. The hotel room was cozy and clean, making it comfortable to stay in. the hotel offered a variety of bath-related products, which was a nice bonus.

The room was a bit small, so it may be a tight fit for some people who are traveling with large luggage. However, this issue wasn't a deal breaker, as the closeness to nearby transit and food options made up for it.

The rooms were decent size and the overall experience was good! The staff is amiable and accommodates all of guests' needs. Spent a nice evening at Buffet Restaurant Kochel, located minute walk from the venue.

Useful base for exploring Yokohama. The rooms were very clean and we had a COMFORTABLE stay.

The hotel was located close to important transportation facilities, making it easy to move around the city. the bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning system was not noisy at all, allowing me to sleep peacefully. the staff was very considerate and provided excellent service by asking about my stay and attending to my needs.

The hotel offered limited language support as most instructions were written in the local language, which made it hard for guests who don't speak the language to understand how to use several facilities. the bathroom had a strong smell of bleach, making it hard to enjoy a pleasant shower.

Close to train and bus stations, including Shin-Yokohama Shinkansen station. Excellent transportation options nearby. Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.
